REMAX Ocean Properties - 2011 Office Top Unit Production Rate Award (in recognition of the achievement of the highest number, per REALTOR member, of closed units), closing 19.40 sides per office member. Kitch Ayre of Bluewater Real Estate Emerald Isle - 2011 Agent Top Dollar Production Award (in recognition of the achievement of the highest value of closed sales), closing $16,805,000 in 2011.
